DAY 1: THURSDAY

The .participants meets at Varland and will be transfered to Varmevoll by snowmobile.

At Varland we get to know each other as well as the dogs; who will get a meal.

Gathered be the fire – place in the house, we will plan our first trip.

DAY 2: FOLLOWING ROALD AMUNDSENS TRACKS

The Mogen Mountain Lodge is located at the north shore of Lake Mösvatn.

Together with the dogs, we will travel the approximate 3 norwegian mile (30 km) long trip trough the snow.

In 1892, young Roald Amundsen started out from Mogen, on the training trip that nearly took his life. And already Mogen is located right in the middle of the beautiful Norwegian mountain area. When we return to Varmevoll the dogs will get water and food, before all participants meet for a joint dinner in the living room of the house.

DAY 3: ICE AND WARMTH OF THE FIRE

Today, we are once again driving across the ice on the wide lake Mösvatn. We are listening to the breathing from the dogs, as the sled is running through the snow. At the middle of the Lake, we stop to drill holes in the ice and try to catch some fish. In the afternoon we return to the farm tend to the dogs take a small break and join up for dinner. Afterword’s we can enjoy the comfortable warmth from the fire –place and the picture from the trip.

DAY 4: RETURN TO HOME

After breakfast we begin the journey back home – by snowmobile from Varmevoll to Varland.

Price: 5.100 NOK/pr. person

The price includes. Thermos, Rucksack, Guide, Sleddogs, Photo-CD, Stay overnight in 2/3 or 4 bed rooms, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Transfer from Varland to Varmevoll and return from Varmevoll to Varland.
